If you have a legitimate complaint or concern with a real estate agent, builder or other property service provider please post here. BUT post full factual details. Not just personal attacks on a person's character, although I am well aware there are certainly some nasty characters about! I will aim to get the other party's story and if I can resolve issue for you (no promises) I will do my best. And by naming and shaming those only out to rip people off, this may stop others getting stung.
