I have a beautiful house built in 2006 near Kavarna and 10 minutes drive to the beach. It is 3 bedroomed with a unique interior and sold fully furnished. 1000m fully fenced plot with swimming pool. I am looking to swap for something in France. Any body interested?

I guess it would help if you mentioned value! But you are probably looking at maybe 40,000 to 50,000 Euros so would only be able to swap for an old house in need of renovation in maybe northern France.
