Cost of Annual Tax Declaration?

I bought one property last year and my agent is asking for £195 for accountant's fees for submitting the Annual Tax Declaration for year 2010 from January to March 2011. Service includes publishing the ATD at the Commercial Registry as well all necessary documents regarding to this obligation.

Can you write is this price is too much or it is okay to pay this amount? I just thought it would not cost that much.

Its not extortionate. Some people are paying far more. But you should also be able to find someone cheaper. The problem is if you are using an agent and are not in the country to sign the paperwork yourself.
