Does anybody have any reliable reports on the Bulgarian property market
I believe that prices have dropped 50% in some areas but what is the trenmd for 2010 2011 ?

Check out the news articles on this forum. Things are set to improve for latter half of 2010 and into 2011 so now is the time to look to buy while prices are at their lowest or if selling, now is the time to get your properties tidied up and ready for marketing.

Things are starting to look up for Bulgaria's property market. I have personally sold one house recently and helped a friend sell a plot of land and she is in the process of selling a second. I am getting enquiries from people wanting cheap properties along the coast and in ski resorts as well - investors looking to pick up properties cheap.
